1.首先把语法学透了(初中语法也就中级水平吧……),之后考试时,例如选择题 完形填空

以及填词造句和同义句转换,先分析题中句子的成分,实例分析:

steps)宾语补足语(to work out English problems)当然,具体情况具体分析,懂得句子成分后

就可以根据语法来选填是动词,名词,还是充当某某成分的词语,语法很重要。

2.词汇量要大。因为英语有时也有例外,某些句子不遵循普遍语法规律,所以要掌握某些词语的习惯用法,以及和介词或小品词的搭配,如果在句子中有百分之八十的词语你不懂的话(这是底线),你语法在精通,也是没有用的,这是第二点忠告。

3.注意词语,句子的时态变化,与上下文的联系。这就是平常积累了,以及掌握语感,多看看英语小说也是很有帮助的,另外多训练看英文电影(不带字幕,英文原声),可以通过对情节的理解掌握更地道的英语。

以上也只是我的建议,我也是学生党,初三,也许说的有纰漏,还请原谅。 学习也是件乐事,好好学习,天天向上,to提问的老师,家长,或学生……

在不知不觉中,我们的顶岗实习生涯已经过半,在师生的共同努力下,完成了我们的第一次期中考试,实在话说:这次考试,我比这群学生还要紧张,这是我走上讲台后,学生们的第一次考试,我由衷地希望他们每一个人都能考出一个理想的成绩,因为这次成绩不仅能检测出他们近段时间的学习状态,对于我来说,也可能会是对未来职业生涯的一个莫大的鼓励。

果不其然,学生们没有让我失望,考得都还可以,我教的五班和六班在普通班里稳居第二和第三的好成绩。兴奋之余,他们又让我有了新的期待。为了能够帮他们在下次考试中取得更大的突破,我将从以下几个方面自我反思与总结,发扬其长处,避免其短处。

一:教学内容上:

(1)根据对试卷的分析和学生们上交的期中反思中得到:试卷中的听力是失分最多的一部分,班里九十分以上的同学,分数大都丢到了十分以上。可见,在今后的教学工作中,我应该加大对听力练习的投入。

(2)第二个令我头疼的便是学生们的作文了,本次期中考试的作文其实一点也不难,概括起来,作文有三个重点:“介绍自己,介绍自己的家庭,介绍自己的房间”话说这三个侧重点,我都反反复复地让他们练过,每个单元的课文都要求他们背诵了,考试前一天早上压中了所有的作文题目,当我拿到试卷的时候,我还满心欢喜的期待他们的胜利,没想到考下来真是漏洞百出,不是首句开头字母没有大写,就是写的乱七八糟,还有部分人竟然交白卷,写成这样,怎能得得了高分?不过话说回来,还是自己强调不到位,如果自己不断地强调,不断地重复,学生们总会往心里去的,所以还是应该好好反思一下自己。

试卷的分析结果加上学生们的考试总结,分析出:失分率最高的莫过于听力和作文了,在听力训练中,记得张老师来听课的时候就跟我提起过,我也有了一些改进,不过,从这次结果上看,力度还是不够。在作文方面,感觉唯一的原因应该是自己的监察力度不够,作文方面,考查的是基础,我高估了他们的自制力,只是停留在口头上说:“这是重点,你们应该背诵”,仅仅这样是远远不够的,我忘记了他们不过是一群上初中没两天的小学生,这一点上,我进行深刻的自我反省。

二:教学方法上:

(1)我上一阶段采取的是“分组竞争制”从根本上来说:这是一个不错的方法,但我实行的过于仓促,由于是初任他们的英语老师,对他们的了解还不够,就忙于将他们分组,出现了“一个组全是差生”的情况,以至于这次考试的结果很打击他们的积极性。

(2)在考试前,我曾经让班里的每个人都定下了自己要达到的目标,并告诉他们如果目标顺利达到,我必有奖励,也对那些平时表现比较出色的同学,做出了应有的要求,这个方法本身感觉不错,能够激励他们的学习积极性,但成绩下来,完成目标的人数却不是很多。究其根本,我的责任还是监察力度不够,没有使他们迅速地投入学习状态。

三:整体水平分析:

虽然这次我教的两个班,在普通班里,稳居第二,第三的水平,可是他们的平均分还是少得可怜,班里成绩阶级分化过于严重,这是我现在面临的大问题。每次上课的时候,学生们都以很大的热情投入到我的课堂,大部分学生都反映喜欢上我的英语课,但我清楚地知道,他们是对我这个比他们大不了几岁的实习老师感兴趣,而非真正的英语这门学科感兴趣,所以,要想从根本上提升他们的整体水平,除了教学方法和教学内容上我要做出改进外,更要思考的问题是:如何让他们把对老师的兴趣转移到学科知识上来?

四:改进计划:

针对以上问题的分析,我打算在下一阶段的教学内容及方法上进行调整。

(1)加强听力训练,课文当中的听力从1-2遍增加到3-4遍,选择部分的听力材料进行背诵,课上选择适当的游戏进行朗读,模仿比赛,以激发学生的学习兴趣,提高听力水平。

(2)每周抽出一节课,进行专项作文训练,保证一周一篇。加强监督力度,加大听写,提问的力度,对小组成员进行调整,在发挥组长作用的基础上,进行随时抽查,每天保证至少五个学生的抽查量。

(3)关注整体学情,尤其中上等程度的学生,尽可能的调动他们学英语的积极性。

客观上讲:这次考试虽然分数不是太高,但总体还是令我满意的。一方面:使我更加深入地了解了他们。比如说六班的石紫阳,五班的史君烁,其实他们的程度在班里都还不错,只不过,性格比较内向,不善表达,以至于之前都没有注意过他们。再比如,五班的王煜森,平时表现很优秀,考试成绩也还不错,但由于马虎,丢了不下十分,像这种学生,两个班里有很多。我接下来便要拿这次考试成绩作为依据,分析学生们不同的性格特点,对他们采取不同的措施,希望对他们能够有所帮助。

在这次考试结束后,我跟我们班的学生打了一个赌,给班里不同程度的学生定了不同的目标,每个学生都参与其中,如果在下次考试中,班里超过三分之二的学生达到了我的要求,我便让他们痛痛快快的看场电影,玩一玩,相反,如果没达到我的要求,甘愿接受我的任何惩罚。不过,这个赌,我希望他们赢!我会和他们一起努力的!加油!

2016初中英语期中考试质量分析

一、整体分析。

对于本次考试,大多数学生能够认真对待,八年30,班,参加考试的学生有48人,80分以上的学生有5人,优秀率为10.4%,及格人数为20人,及格率为42%, 八年31班参加考试的学生为52人,80分以上的学生有8人,优秀率为15%;及格人数为22人,及格率为42.3%;总体来看,这两个班级的英语成绩不是理想。

二、逐题分析。

1、听力(20分)

本次考试中,大多数学生听力完成的较其他的内容较好,有得满分的同学,但由于对于听力内容训练的较少,还有一部分学生的英语基础较差,很多学生听不清或听不懂句子。在本次的听力试题中,第一题扣分比较多,因为对于此种题型,学生仅见过一次,因此有些平时学习较好的学生在这道题扣分的也比较多。

2、选择填空(20分)

这道题主要考察学生对于基础知识的掌握情况,包括的范围比较广,综合性比较强,但由于学生对于基础知识的掌握不扎实,因此对于这道题,学生答的不好,得分率也不高。尤其是一些优等生在这道题失分也不少,看来对于学生基础知识还应该常抓不懈。

3、词汇(15)

对于词汇的掌握本来就是他们的弱项,很多学生虽然也知道词义,但却达不到灵活运用,代词宾格、主格的用法,动词的各种形式变化,名词的单复数等都没有明确掌握。还有的同学这道题根本就什么都写不上。

4、根据汉语完成句子 (10分)

对于一些固定短语掌握的还是不够扎实。丢分较多。对于动词的形式掌握不扎实。

5、补全对话。(10分)

对于这种题型,学生本来掌握的还可以,可是对于这篇对话,有相当多的同学没有弄明白意思,因此丢分比较多。

6、完形填空。(10分)

这种题型主要考察学生综合语言的运用能力,平时丢分就多,这一次也是一样。

7、阅读理解 (30分) 学生从文章、对话及图片中获取信息的能力较弱。英语阅读能力较差,因此,丢分比较多。

8、作文(10分)

这次的作文主要存在两个问题,一个是学生字迹普遍不工整;一个是能力差,根本就无法完成作文,写了很多内容可是对的句子却不多,有的人甚至一个字都没写。

三、存在的问题

此次考试成绩是差强人意的,主要有以下几点原因:

1、课堂上教师在讲解知识点和学习方法时,没有找到适当的方法让学生很好的理解和运用知识;教师带学生复习的方法和时间都有所欠缺;课后对学生的关注不够;

2、学生在课堂上的听课效率不高,课后没有认真复习及背单词;大部分学生的学习积极性不高,依赖性较强;对所学知识点不懂得基本不发问,学习比较被动;认真背单词的学生又对知识的运用能力较差,不会举一反三;学生在考试时审题不认真,在答题时不讲究技巧。

3、学生学习不够认真,最后的复习阶段,相当多的学生连练习题都不能按时完成,他们的学习态度直接影响了学习的效果。

四、今后的教学建议和教学对策

1、加强理论学习,学习新课程标准,理解新课程标准的要求,了解和研究新的评价机制和命题思路。同时要不断提高教师自身的语言素质。

2、从试卷分析中我们可以看出,基础知识是我们教学的重点,也是学生的弱点,在各种考试中,基础知识都是考查的重点。我们对词汇、短语、句型和语法等基础知识的教学不能仅仅停留在让学生机械记忆阶段,单词、短语的听写 和背诵固然必不可少,但更应注重把词汇教学融入特定的语言环境中,强调对基础知识的理解和运用。

3、要重视词汇教学。单词是教学的重点,只有打好了词汇的基础,才有可能在阅读、写作等方面驾驭自如。但在词汇量较大时,要把握好教学的尺度,重点检测基础词汇,对不同类型的单词,可以有不同的要求,避免学生负担过重,失去学习英语的兴趣。可以适当补充一些构词法的知识来帮助学生记忆单词。

4、加强基础语法知识的教学。语法知识是为使用语言服务的,学习语言的最终目的是为了使用它,现在考查使用语言能力的题目越来越多,尤其在语境中的考查,已经成为各种考试中常见的题目。例如:一般现在时、人称代词、介词、频度副词、名次复数词尾变化和冠词等。学生在这份试卷中相关的语法知识考查题中出现的错误较多。 这就要求我们教师在教学中要善于在语境中教授语法知识,让学生掌握在不同的语境中使用的不同的语法知识,而不是单纯地教授死的语法规则。

5、加强学生阅读能力的培养。阅读能力的考查是英语考查的重要部分,因此,从初一就开始训练学生的阅读能力是很有必要的。老师要充分利用教材中的每个语篇对学生进行阅读训练,不同的题材可以使用不同的阅读方法,让学生掌握正确的阅读技巧会起到事半功倍的效果。阅读能力是长期训练的结果,一定要持之以恒。

6、科学合理地使用教材。教师应该首先科学合理地利用好教材使学生掌握一定的英语基础知识和听、说、读、写技能,形成一定的综合语言运用能力。

7、加强学生审题能力和答题技巧的指导,还要规范学生的书写。

8、在教学过程中教师应面向全体学生,关注不同层次学生的学习状况,应根据新课程标准和课本的要求,把握课堂教学的最低目标,以保护每一个学生学习英语的积极性。因此,教师应鼓励学生积极、主动地参与课堂教学,帮助学生找到适合自己的英语学习方法,为今后的学习和发展打下坚实的基础。

五、后5%个别学生分析。

对于这部分学生存在着一个共同的特点,他们普遍在平时的学习中对自己要求不严格,上课不听讲,课后不能按时完成作业,即使完成也大多是应付了事,对于英语的学习缺乏兴趣,对自己不负责任,这通过他们的答题情况就可以看出 来,他们只要是要求写单词的部分,根本连看都不看,听力内容还没放完,他们的答案早已经出来了,英语试题答十分钟就想交卷。针对这部分学生主要是加强他们的学习意识,让他们从自身想去学,否则这类学生随着年级的增高会越来越多。
