20-21周为适宜检查时间

21-26周为最佳检查时间

这段时间主要是检测宝宝身体是否畸形,是否有先天疾患,这时胎儿的局部结构和运动状态都比较清晰,同时羊水的清晰度也是最佳的。

27-30周为适宜检查时间

这时宝宝已经完全成型,进行排畸检查效果较好,只是宝宝已经很大在宫腔内活动受到限制,加之羊水开始浑浊,观察起来清晰度稍差。

四维彩超与普通彩超的区别

婴儿穿着也要巧打扮

婴儿不是大人的缩小体,婴儿有其独特的体形,即:上肢呈W型,下肢呈M型,肚子大如鼓,其生理特点是:皮肤细嫩,汗腺发育不良,排尿次数多,生长发育快,手脚喜欢运动。

为了让婴儿顺利地生长发育,最好别人为地破坏其特有的姿势、体形,让婴儿能够自由地活动,所以婴儿的衣服除了要考虑其特殊体形,注意衣物大小、肥瘦及式样应适合肢体运动外,还应选择质地轻而柔软、通气性好、吸湿性强的布料。新生儿颈部较短,上衣裳的式样应采用中国式的斜领,也就是我们通常说的“和尚领”,这种衣裳领不易擦伤颈部皮肤,缝制时尽量减少皱折,上衣下摆可不折边,即呈“毛边”状,衣服应系带子,不用钮扣,结打在婴儿胸前,以免硌伤皮肤。

有经验的母亲一定会发现,婴儿对尿布往往有厌恶感,当婴儿看见摊着的尿布时,便会下意识地想躲开,这是因为尿布常影响婴儿的腿部活动,年轻的母亲在使用尿布时应注意解决以下几个问题:

1、尽量勤洗勤换尿布,以免粪、尿长时间沾在婴儿皮肤上,产生不舒服感;

2、尿布要勤烫洗,保持清洁,以免细菌繁殖使婴儿患尿布疹;

3、尿布的宽窄要适度(一般折叠后宽度应为12-15厘米),过宽会磨伤皮肤,妨碍婴儿活动,甚至造成关节脱白。

什么是三维彩超?

三维彩超是立体动态显示的彩色超声诊断仪,三维彩超简单的说就是高清晰度的黑白B超再加上彩色多普勒。

三维彩超的优点:有二维彩超全部功能,从二维平面成像转变为三维立体成像,集图像切割、图像旋转及高平面图像分析于一体。突出特点是可拍摄到不同孕周胎儿在宫内生长发育的局部立体图像。通过动态三维技术观察胎儿在子宫腔内的活动及形态,能及早发现婴儿畸形。可拍摄婴儿图像。

缺点:虽是立体成像,但图像仍以图片形式观察,观察面为局部,且清晰度稍差于四维彩超,故检测不够全面精确。 什么是四维彩超?

四维彩超可称之为4D彩超,采用3D超声图像加上时间维度参数,也就是四维成像技术,该革命性的技术能够实时获取三维图像,超越了传统超声的限制。它能直观、立体的显示人体器官的三维结构及动态,实时的观察人体的立体结构。 四维彩超也能够对胎儿进行超声检查,能立体显示胎儿各器官的发育情况,甚至可观察到胎儿在母体里面的各种状态以及畸形情况,像是胎儿畸形、唇裂、腭裂、骨骼发育异常等等。

四维彩超的图像分辨率更高,除了医生可以更清楚的看到胎儿的发育情况,孕妇也可以看到胎儿的动作表情了,微笑、揉眼睛、打哈欠、踢腿等动作都一览无余,这都是因为四维彩超增加了时间参数,将这些以前孕妇看不到的情形现在通通展现在孕妇的眼前。

三维彩超和四维彩超的区别

三维彩超与四维彩超最大的区别就是四维彩超的动态的,三维彩超的静态的,四维彩超是在三维B超的基础上,如同放电影一样,展示胎儿即时动态影像,同时,四维彩超在胎儿面部观察方面,能在数秒至数分钟内完成容积数据的采集分析,清楚直观地显示胎儿面部的情况,所以和三维B超相比,四维彩超不光能将宝宝的动记录并珍藏起来,而且它对提高胎儿畸形的检出是很有帮助的。
