3、拓宽医疗服务渠道、明确经营模式。由于我院处在偏远地区，针对医疗设备相对落后现实情况，我将积极营造一个良好的医疗服务氛围，争取引进好的医疗设备，同医疗设备好的医院建立好合作关系。明确我院经营理念和策略，明确医疗服务是医疗市场竞争的焦点。我将以“服务要优、疗效要好、价格要低“的服务宗旨，争取让每一位患者以合理的费用享受到最优质的服务”。

管理方面：

1、协助院长加强医疗水平建设。由于我院建院时间短，医疗技术骨干缺少，对一些病人的疑难杂症都无法处理，这给病人带来了严重的经济损失和精神压力。对此，我将加强对我院医疗人员的重点培养，对有潜力、有能力的医疗人员送到医疗水平高的医院进行学习，同时想尽一切办法争取和医疗技术比较高的医院合作，把他们的医疗经验引进到我们这里。为今后医院的发展打下坚实的基矗

2、协助院长加强医疗队伍建设。一个优秀的企业，离不开一个精良的领导班子，同样，我们医院的发展也离不开一支具有战斗力的团队。为此，我将根据目前医院人员的现状，通过以会代训、挖掘潜力等多种方式，努力使医院的医疗人员形成业务型、管理型、服务型人才比例协调的结构。努力使我院的医护人员之间形成一种向心力、凝聚力，具备战斗力的团队。

3、作好富余人员的安置工作

我将不断寻找工作的新思路、新方法，加强医院的管理力度;建立完善的内部管理流程，对分流人员进行全员竞聘，使他们的工作具体化和量化，具备可操作性。完善相应的规章制度，使医护人员有据可循。明确各岗位职责，使每位员工知道自己需要干什么和怎么去干。

4、保证医疗安全和增强服务意识。我将加强对医疗安全意识的宣传工作，增强我院医疗人员的安全意识、服务意识。积极为创建一个良好的医疗服务环境而努力。

“好风凭借力，送我上青云”。我愿意借这次竞聘的东风，扬起达到胜利彼岸的风帆，但我又深深知道，竞争就有风险，如果我不能被聘用，将保持一颗平常心，在自己的工作岗位上做出成绩，为我院医疗事业的发展壮大做出贡献。
