展板介绍(1)

大家好，这是我们六A班本学年的第一期展板，主题是“美好的春天——翱翔篇”。在本期展板中，我们重点介绍在过去半年多时光在能力方面的提高。现在大家看到的就是学校一直坚持推行的“小组合作高效学习”中，我们班在课堂中学习的照片留影。这其中有我们一起交流答案，一起克服疑难，一起展示学习成果，一起进行自我检测。而老师更像一个大朋友，在一旁给我们鼓励，支持，或是关键时候巧妙的引导。我们喜欢这样的学习形式，他让我们觉得我们才是学习的主人，课堂是我们共同努力收获知识成果的场所。同时，我们在求知的过程中，还学会了倾听、分享、质疑、交流等技能，而且变得更自信、更热情了。

我们六A班有19位成员，我们更像一个大家庭，李老师是严格的爸爸，陈老师是絮叨的妈妈，周老师更像一个阳光的朋友。在过去的时光中，在学习上我们你追我赶，在生活中我们互帮互助。(运动会上我们拼搏的身影;秋游时我们一路播撒的欢声笑语;课间操时大家的快乐健身;午会课上的天天播报和国学吟诵;每月展示活动中的自信阳光;社会实践时大家的一丝不苟)各项活动我们班都走在前面，给低年级的弟弟妹妹起到了带头作用。

六A的学习生活总是让我们惊喜不断，今天我们要介绍的仅仅是从缤纷的学习生活中采颉的几朵小花。这是我们德育教育月的作品，在李老师的号召下，同学们用手中的画笔将自己眼中的不良行为描绘下来，展示给身边的同学，传递道德修养的美好。我们没有书法课，但是老师却利用课堂上自己板书的时候，一笔一画教给我们书写的技巧。日复一日，大家的书写也变得规范多了。在接下来的日子中，我们也会继续努力，为自己的小学生活画上一个圆满的句号。

一份耕耘，一份收获，成绩的取得与她平时的努力密不可分。在平常的工作中，首先认真钻研英语课标和教材，认真学习教材大纲，深入了解学生，熟悉大纲要求，学习和引鉴他人的教学经验和教学方法，取他人之长成补己之短。她，注意了解每个学生的知识水平、智力水平和个性心理品质，考虑影响学生学习的各种因素，并研究相应对策。把教材和学生实际很好地结合起来，设计课的类型，拟定采用的教学方法，安排详细的教学过程的程序，认真写好教案。每堂课都在课前做好充分的准备，吸引学生注意力，课后及时做出总结，写好教学后记。组织好课堂教学，这是顺利进行正常教学的保证。并且用平常所学到的教育教学知识，结合儿童心理规律，进行大胆创新，在课堂教学中，采用多种教学手段，把枯燥的语言教学变成生动有趣的艺术教学，运用形象的比喻增加课堂的趣味性，运用循循善诱的启导，开发学生的潜能，设计新颖别致的练习，巩固所学的知识。
