价值表现的秘密，即一切劳动由于而且只是由于都是一般人类劳动而具有的等同性和同等意义，只有在人类平等概念已经成为国民的牢固的成见的时候，才能揭示出来。《资本论第一章——商品和货币》 开始看资本论的第一卷第一章，脑海中所回想起的便是许多尘封已久的、高中一年级时曾学过的马克思主义政治经济学里的概念——这都是过去上学时就不曾真正理解、而今又必须再次鼓起勇气面对的理论。今日今时重读，不再像高中时那样应试地死记硬背，日趋成熟的我也有了一些自己的看法。畅所欲言，肤浅之处，望一笑而过。
为物质交流而存在的经济社会
读完整个第一章的感觉是：整个第一章在试图寻求一种科学的方式来解释我们所面对的（至少是资本主义社会里所存在的）经济存在模式——只有正确的理解才有深刻的批判，只有深刻的批判才能找到建立新的秩序之道。在整个第一章的概念中，“二重性”无疑是一个相当重要的、为合理的解释做好铺垫的概念——商品的价值和使用价值，人类的抽象劳动和具体劳动。通过“二重性”概念的引入，物品本身拥有了一个自身属性转化的平台。抽象劳动产生价值，而具体劳动产生使用价值。一个商品，在人们需要发挥它自身的使用价值的时候，那么以A的形式呈现它（定义所有的大写字母代表具体劳动与使用价值）；当人们把这件相同的物品放到了交易的世界里的时候，人们把这个物品本身所具有的α的一面展现出来(定义所有的希腊字母为抽象劳动与价值)。通过“二重性”概念的引入，物品完成了自身的使用和交流的双重作用。在历史的长河的发展过程中，逐渐有其价值与使用价值始终切合的较好、不会随着社会的变化而产生巨大偏移的物品（某个希腊字母）渐渐地被人们赋予了特殊的交易含义，而其本身的使用价值却逐渐的被人们所淡化——货币和以它为主宰的货币经济也随之产生了。
人需要精神交流和物质交流——这是人健康存在的必需品。人为了精神的交流而发明里语言，为了物质的交流而创造了我们的经济世界。而精神的不平等交流引发的无非是羡慕嫉妒恨，物质交流上的恃强凌弱是“朱门酒肉臭，路有冻死骨”的根源。
为何而交流
人们的精神交流的最初目的一定是寻找一种彼此的心灵的愉悦，而非“把你不开心的事情说出来让我开心一下”；同样的道理，最初的商品的交换一定是为了满足当时处于并不发达的生产力的社会下的人们的生存需要，而此后的经济社会却一步步的走向了我们经常提及的“剥削”。
不管是马克思自己所说还是我们高中课本中所学的，都一再强调的是凝结在商品之中的“无差别”的劳动——所有的劳动都产生了相同的价值。而资本占有者往往根据自身的需要为不同的使用价值定义不同的价格。在物质的交流过程中，总会有人的劳动被低估——而他本身绝对不会是资本的占有者，也不会是社会的强势群体。在此时此景，物品的交流违背了其本身的初衷——有一方的初衷在于对另一方的剥削，强行占有对方的劳动成果。
由“商品拜物教”联想开
马克思在第一章的后半部分引入了“商品拜物教”的概念，我没有读这一章以外的内容，因而在这里无非只是妄加揣测：这个概念的引入一定是为了后面揭示“剩余价值”的概念做准备的。只有在这种商品拜物教的神秘色彩下人们逐渐对未知的商品产生了一些潜意识里的恐惧，进而对风险有了相应的回避的心理，“剩余价值”的占有者才会有机可乘。资本家正
是基于对资本的占有以及对于人们这种对于“未知”的规避心里，才得以完成他们的剥削。
马克思在第一章中也有过一段对于亚里士多德的盛赞——他称他在他的社会形态的基础上很好的理解了经济社会的一些问题，但是由于受困于奴隶社会自身的性质所限，他无法看到价值的本质，因而无法有更深层次的理解。
我想马克思自己也会清楚的知道：由于受困于他自己的时代所限，也会有许多新的事物是他所未知的——早在他出生的一个世纪以前股票已经在阿姆斯特丹出现，可是今天各式各样的通过内幕信息操盘的股票类经济犯罪一定是马克思所未曾预见的；他也不会理解在我们今天的社会里药家鑫杀人之后不喊一声“我爸是李刚”是个多么明智的举措。
我们对于资本主义的批判，集中点在于对于资本的大量占有以及由此所进行的剥削。可是在生产力高度发展的今天，人们在对于资本的高度关注的同时，更无法回避的是对于信息的关注——信息与包含着各种价值与使用价值的商品一样，也是这个经济社会得以运转的必不可少的部分。
与至少可以依托于商品而存在的使用价值和价值不同的是，信息是一个极度难于量化流通、极度难于进行交易的部分。然而他对于今天的经济社会的影响又是那么的显著——人们已经逐渐开始知道自己是如何被资本家通过资本占有的方式剥削，却根本难于理解相对于资本而言更加集中、更被垄断的信息是如何来剥削自己的。信息经常被人们忽视而单向流通，最终汇聚到极少数人的手中并由他们借此完成对资本的合理的支配。人们会抗议说，我们要平等，我们要涨工资，可很少有人会说：“把信息公开。”
总结
读完整个第一章，有很多内容其实是真的不理解的，不知所云。但通过这一章的阅读，至少我可以理解到我们的劳动所创造的物品在使用和流通过程中所具有的不同的价值定义以及由此相对应的不同的劳动定义，至少我知道了这个流通的世界是如何通过这种双重性质的转化来运转的。
马克思希望通过对资本主义经济体制的剖析来提高我们的思想觉悟借以使我们摆脱被剥削的伟大思想也在字里行间流淌着。马克思大人费尽心思试图为当时的人们揭示他们所处的世界的真实的一面，其目的必然是希望人们能够更好的保护自己，更好的捍卫自己的劳动成果。

学案教学的关键是设计科学实用的学案。学案是以学生为本，以学论教，以学生的学为中心，关注的是学生学什么，如何学；而教案以教师为本，以教师的教为中心。而让我感触最深的是，使用学案时，学生唱“主角”可以充分调动学生的积极性，使全员学生都能够参与到其中。它立足于自学，着重于学生的“拿来”，强调的是“会学”。既然是让学生自学，那对学案的编写就要求得更为严格，对学生的把握上要更为准确，这样才能编制出真正适合我们的学生学习的一种确实能用的学案。
要怎样设计出切实可行的学案呢?这本书给了我很好的参考答案。首先学案的设计要遵循一定的理论依据，遵循素质教育的基本精神，着眼于学生全面发展，依据主体论的教育思想和理论，贯彻教为主导，学为主体，活动为主线，创新为主旨的教学原则，落实启发式、讨论式等先进教学模式，培养学生创新精神和实践能力。再次，学案设计要遵循基本的原则1)主导性原则。2)主体性原则。3)活动性原则。4)创新性原则。5)问题性原则。6)民主性原则。7)层次性原则。
学案的运用重在落实。这就要求我们老师要有一定的人格魅力，要能充分调动学生的积极性，使学生真正的参与进来。这就要求我们要着重提高自身素质，多学习，多思考，逐渐完善知识结构和能力结构。这样才能更好的发挥学案的作用，真正提高课堂效率。

面对疫情考验，2月10日，永康市教育局在永康电视台播出《开学第一课》，激励万千学子追梦不止步，奋斗正当时。
本该如期开学站在操场上迎着朝阳，伴着国歌翻开新学期的第一章，但因疫情肆虐，我们整个假期被迫囿于家中。这个假期我们共同经历了痛苦和希望，也正因如此，这次的开学第一课显得尤为神圣和珍贵！
在电视机前，同学们立正，举起右手，五指并拢，高高举过头顶，向五星红旗承诺，志存高远，认真学习，锻炼身体，劳动实践，陶冶情操，锤炼意志，用坚持不懈的努力，做一名新时代的行动者。我校师生观看后纷纷表示，办法总比困难多，在家如在校，休息不休学，坚决与疫情战斗到底。
