演讲的文字准备

演讲最重要的是形成一个有组织的整体。演讲包括三个部分：序言，正文和结尾。演讲结构有三个方面：提纲、过渡和模式。

提纲：演讲结构的关键之处

提纲强调了演讲中最重要的因素，剔除了多余的材料，并帮助你选择最佳的论证信息。提纲将迫使你分析演讲的逻辑并揭示推理中的缺陷或瑕疵。条理分明的提纲也能帮你演讲时更出色的表现，因为此时你的脑海里可以清晰地重现要点。所以你的发言将会自然而然地得出结论，无需丝毫停顿。

好提纲最大的优点在于，它能依据不同的场合和需求做出修正。只要提纲拟定得当，你就能把长达20分钟的演讲改成5分钟；反之亦然。实际上，你应该准备好不同的演讲版本，长时间的、中等长度的或者短时间的，尤其如果你是最后一位发言人、而前面的演讲者发言超时的时候。

好提纲是简洁、清晰的。提纲最常犯的错误是不够简洁和不遵循顺序。你可能总是希望把许多内容包含在内，而这些内容似乎都同等重要。不过这一冲动还是可以理解的：你不希望遗漏那些关键方面或主题。不过这种方式会把你带入绝境。对于新入门者来说，所有这些引人入扣的内容的重要程度不一定一样，而且听众一时之间也无法吸收这么多内容。你必须建立顺序。首先，确定必需包含的三个或四个主要要点，随后制定副标题，从而为人们提供吸收信息的大致框架。下面是一份能适合大部分演示的优秀提纲示例。

过渡：演讲中的转折问题似乎过于基础，以至于令许多演讲者忽略而将注意力集中在提纲上。但是，过渡使得你从提纲的一部分转入另一部分，它们是专业口才的秘密所在。看看提纲的示例，每个要点和副论点之间都应该过渡。

模式：下面是四种被证明行之有效的基本演讲模式。正如提纲一样，演讲模式也是一页全新的白纸，强大有力抑或苍白无力，全看你如何处理。

1. 按时间排列。将事件按照发生的顺序排列。按时间排列的顺序会追溯到较远的时间段，并标记出该事件发生的具体时间。这一方式具有内在的逻辑顺序，并容易为听众所接受。

2. 分类。当你缺乏清晰的架构时可以运用这一模式，或如果你的话题不符合某一步骤、程序或时间进程时。

3. 提问和提供解决方案。无论是问题本身或接下来的对错误的解决方式都能吸引住人们的极大关注。

4. 比较和对比。通过唤醒观众对于不同理念或计划的区别和相似点的关注，从而使得听众对其做出评估。

无论说话、致辞还是演讲，都是我们的人生之路上的老朋友。小到开几个人的家庭会，几十人的班会， 大到成百上千人参与的年会、峰会，几万人观礼的颁奖典礼、总统就职仪式，都离不开演讲。面对陌生的环境和他人，你该怎样表现呢？好口才是怎样炼成的呢？

演讲的艺术

1. 做好演讲的准备

包括了解听众，熟悉主题和内容，搜集素材和资料，准备演讲稿，作适当的演练等。

2. 优秀的演讲者应具备的条件

（1）语音能力和技巧；（2）热情；（3）理智与智慧；（4）仪表和状态。

3. 运用演讲的艺术

包括开场白、结尾、立论、举例、反驳、幽默、鼓动、语音、表情动作的等等艺术，使演讲具备两种力量：逻辑和艺术的力量。

4. 善用空间的演讲

所谓空间就是指进行演讲的场所范围、演讲者所在之处以及与听众间的距离等等。演讲者所在之处以位居听众注意力容易汇集的地方最为理想。

5. 演讲时的姿势

一般采用“轻松的姿势”，即让身体放松。过度的紧张不但会表现出笨拙僵硬的姿势，而且对舌头的动作也会造成不良的影响。

6. 演讲时的视线

在大众面前说话，就必须忍受众目睽睽的注视。当然，并非每位听众都会对你报以善意的眼光。可从听众当中找寻对于自己投以善意而温柔眼光的人，把自己的视线投向强烈“点头”以示首肯的人，并且无视于那些冷淡的眼光。

7. 演讲时的脸部表情

首先“不可垂头”，不让听众觉得自己很不自信。而且若视线不能与听众接触，就难以吸引听众的注意。其次是“缓慢说话”。说话速度一旦缓慢，情绪即可稳定，脸部表情也得以放松。

8. 服饰和发型

轻松的场合不妨穿着稍微花俏一点。正式的场合，一般仍以深色西服、男士无尾晚宴服、燕尾服为宜。其次是发型。长发和光头各自蕴含其强烈的形象，而鬓角的长短也被认为是个人喜好的表征。

9. 声音和腔调

声音低沉的男性比声音高亢的男性，其信赖度较高。因为声音低沉会让人有种威严沉着的感觉。即使是音质不好的人，如果能够禀持自己的主张与信念的话，依旧可以吸引听众的热切关注。 同时，为了营造沉着的气氛，说话稍微慢点是很重要的。

10. 与观众互动

演讲时要注意与观众互动，这样可以渲染场上的氛围，增强感染力。
