这是一位美国当选总统的演说么?

没有“尊敬的……”的称呼，没有“三下”(在……的正确领导下，在……的关心帮助下，在……的大力支持下)的开场白，没有“衷心”的致谢词，……

这正是一位美国当选总统的演说。

没有我们习惯了的领导人讲话的“套路”，没有我们习惯了的官员的“语言体系”，没有了东方式的“集体智慧”的结晶，……

让我们惊讶，让我们意外，也让我们耳目一新…… 同样是政治演说，“差别咋这么大呢”? 也许，有许许多多的原因，包括“国情”的不同。其中之一，就是因为：演讲者面对的受众不同。
