面试的感想

先是数百多位报名者，再经过资格筛选和考证，笔试过后，结束最后六位来自不同酒店的总经理的面试后，也就结束了今次海航国际酒店管理公司的面试。

整个面试过程长在经过一系列的关于面试程序以及其他问题的工作设想的讨论之后，最后还是使用最简单的经典程序，同时采用几种比较新鲜奇特的面试方式和考题。

面试于9：00正式开始，尘埃落定后，上午第一轮的面试就开始了，自我介绍在几乎所有面试都是缺不了的一个环节，我们也不能逃脱。我有幸排在了第一个。在我说完客套话之后，每位参加面试的总经理们都开始做了一个简短的自我介绍，一人一到两分钟。

好！现在开始,然后每个人都做出自认为很幽雅的请的姿势。

在整个面试中，我都尽量保持着微笑，期望让自己不要那么的紧张，更好的发挥自己的才华。在面试的过程中也经常弄一些笑料，让参赛的各位感受到这次面试是个值得回忆的一次经历，而不论结果如何。

在面试中不乏经典环节以及经典问题，既能考察到每个人的真实能力外，又能让大家享受面试。当然这里所指的经典是根据面试者的简历与实际的情况所作出的行为以及提

出的问题。比如说在自我介绍上我看到他们最擅长的技能就是“倾听能力”。我就在其他面试者结束他们的面试问答后后，并没有让每位回答我的问题，而是让他们应用他们的这个能力去总结其他各位面试者的表现，好象是故意与我配合，他们不仅仅总结的比较好，而且不吝啬夸奖其他人。记得有个朋友说了一句我认为可以算做是较为自信的话：“人不帅，但却能更好的散发自在”。听到这句话时我为他们高兴，发自内心。

经典还在持续中……

面试过程中,我的思维基本上是没有停止过,看考题、注视着考官的眼睛、听他们的谈吐，同时思考马上要回答的最适合他们的答案,在这一系列的环节中,大脑要双核的才可以处理这么多信息。双核才无限可能,而我也只能算是奔4，即使我的英文名叫jack。

整个面试时间竟长达十个小时，印象深刻、终身受用。在这里，我从面试者的角度写一些对后来人可能有用的感受吧：“希望你们微笑勇敢地面对挑战、面对困难。微笑着面对世界、世界也会微笑着回报你……”。

无论这次我是否能被公司录用，我都坚信---选择海航国际酒店酒店管理公司是明智之举。

篇4：海航的笔试加面试问题

海航的招聘过程还蛮有效率的，11.30号笔试，12.1号一面，12.2号二面，

看到网上没什么这方面的资料，我攒个人品，写一写，看看对大家有没有帮助。

先说说笔试吧，这次的笔试是在浙大举行的，驱车前往后，发现来考试的人还挺多的，我那个考场就有超过100人，看来海航的吸引力还不错的。笔试分三个部分，前面85还是75我记不清了，是行测的题目，我看了貌似都是历年真题里出来的，有时政、常识、数列、逻辑、图形、算术运算等，加10道左右的面试英语单选题，不难，就是一些介词之类的选择。然后是一篇英语阅读理解，不难，不过由于本人迟到过久，没来得及看，就蒙了，大家一般都看得懂。 最后是两篇作文，一篇中文，是说作为公司员工，设计一个旅游线路的策划，推荐自己的家乡。还有一篇是要求写一封英语的.感谢信，内容是你获得公司的奖金，要求你感谢公司，自由发挥吧，

考试总共是两个小时，要图卡，我是财务类的应聘。

12.1号被通知了面试，有点小惊喜，又赶往海航的花港饭店，没想到一面是群面，去的时候就已经分好组了，每5个人一组，共讨论15分钟，然后推举一个人总结，其余的同学各自补充发言，看团队精神跟个人表现，在讨论的过程中hr就在开始打分了，然后就自己发挥了，

题目是

现在发生海难，一游艇上有八名游客等待救援，但是现在直升飞机每次只能够救一个人。游艇已坏，不停漏水。寒冷的冬天，刺骨的海水。游客情况：

1.将军，男，69岁，身经百战;
