(1)实用性。(2)科学性。(3)突出特点，强调特征。(4)用语通俗简明。

说明书是一种实用性说明文体，常用于对工农业产品销售、书籍资料出版及电影戏剧演出等等的说明介绍。说明书有两种形式：条款式和短文式。

7.新闻

(1)标题：是新闻内容的提要。除正题外，前面可家加引题，后面可加副题。

(2)导语：开门见山，简明扼要地写出新闻事实或中心。有叙述式导语、描写式导语提问式导语等。

(3)主体部分：具体展开事实的叙述或进一步突出中心。新闻及时、准确地报道国内外新近发生的重要事件，一般篇幅较短。基本要素是时间、地点、事件等。内容必须真实，要“用事实说话”。
