交易磋商在形式上分口头磋商和笔头(书面)磋商,这两种做法形式上虽不同,但是法律效力却是一样的。口头磋商是指谈判桌上的谈判(面对面),即参加各种交易会,洽谈会,以及贸易小组出访,邀请客户来华等。另外,还包括一般性会晤接触,即国际长途电话、初步谈判、自我介绍、企业及产品介绍;专题谈判,即货物质量、数量、价格、供货条件、支付条件、合同条款、索赔。笔头磋商指买卖双方通过信件、电报、电传、电子邮件等通方式来洽谈交易。笔头磋商包括简单商务信函(六种邀请函, 感谢函, 通知函, 请求函, 确认函,附(寄)函等)和询价запрос、报价коммерческое предложение、复报价контропредложение、定单зказ、合同контракт及索赔函 рекламмация или претенция等。交易磋商的的具体内容是将来要签定的买卖合同的条款。它包括品质качество、规格артикул、数量количество、包装упаковка、价格цена、装运погрузка、保险страхование、支付оплата以及商检просмотр、索赔претенция、仲裁арбитраж、不可抗力 форс -мажор等。

俄语经贸信函的格式组成:单位标志(эмблема),单位名称(наименование организации),通讯地址和电报挂号(почтовый и телеграфный адрес),电话号码(номер телефона),电传号码或用户电报号码(номер телекса или номер абонентского телеграфа ),收函人姓名(或名称)及地址(адресат),函号(индекс документа)、发函日期(дата)、来函代号及日期(ссылка на индекс и дату выходящего документа)、函文标题及事由(заголовок к тексту)、正文(текст)、署名签字(подпись)、有关附件的说明(отметка о наличии приложения)、有关副本抄送事项的说明(отметка о направлении копий в другие адреса)。

正文结尾:С уважением (,)

如果正文超过一页,可添白页并从第二页编页码。

正文中Вы, Вас,Вам, Вами, Ваш, Ваши 等均用大写字母开始;而指自己的复数第一人称代词мы,нас, нами, наш, наши等,除句首外,均用小写字母开始。мы和я在句中做主语时,往往省略。例如:
