论文题目：排烟净化设备安装工程施工合同英译项目报告

摘要：随着经济全球化的深入发展,国内外企业之间签订的贸易合同越来越多,合同的翻译需求也因此不断增加。其中,施工合同作为发包方和承包方为完成商定的建筑安装工程施工任务而签订的书面协议,明确了合同签订双方的权利和义务,在工程项目中发挥着不可或缺的作用。因此,施工合同的翻译具有重要意义。该项目报告基于两份中文排烟净化设备安装工程施工合同节选部分的英译实践撰写而成。源文本兼具信息型文本和表达型文本的特征,因而其翻译既要准确传达出原文信息,同时也要尽量再现原文写作风格及原作者写作意图。笔者在翻译过程中遇到的困难主要可归纳为三类,即专业术语和规范表述的翻译、无主句和长难句的翻译以及语篇的衔接。在纽马克文本类型理论及交际翻译和语义翻译理论的指导下,该报告就上述翻译难点出现的原因进行分析并提出相应的解决方法。在词汇层面,运用在线词典与术语库相结合及参照官方译法的方法保证专业术语及规范表述翻译的准确性及一致性;在句法层面,采用增加主语、转换语态、分译及调整语序的方法以确切传达原文作者的思想;在语篇层面,使用增加连词及省译的方法来增强语篇的连贯性。通过本文的分析总结,笔者希望能为相关施工合同的翻译提供些许参考。
