篇3：加拿大探亲签证新规定
加拿大没有陪读签证之说，亲友之间的探访必须申请访问加拿大探亲签证(VisitorVisa)。
第二，探亲的对象
最好是直系亲属之间的探访，比如父母探子女，夫妻互访，甚至祖父母探孙辈都是可能的，但是加拿大签证官很少支持对旁系亲属或非亲属(所谓朋友)的探访。亲属之间的探访以父母探子女最容易，而夫妻互访签证通过率相对比较低。所以，加拿大探亲访友签证的办理也要针对不同人群进行申请工作。
第三，探亲的时机
最好是学生赴加拿大一段时间之后再申请去探望，如果能赶上节假日就更好了。有些低龄学生的父母如果打算亲自送孩子过去的，也最好在学生获签之后再递探亲申请，这样的签证比之学生去后再签虽然难度大一些，但大多数情况下还是可能成功的。
第四，探亲的时间
大部分探亲申请签证官一次性给半年的签证，到达加拿大以后可以申请续签，但通常只能申请一次，这一次签证官一般也给半年，也就是说探亲时间最长为一年。
第五，探亲的申请
探亲申请周期比留学要短，通常5个工作日即可出结果，同时，除非是70岁以上的老人，申请人无需体检。
第六，探亲的条件
加拿大探亲申请表填写完后，探亲人无需提供很高的担保金，10-20万人民币即可，但最好在国内有稳定的事业和收入，另外，在很多情况下，被探亲人在加拿大的情况会影响到探亲人的探亲申请，例如，我们曾遇到一个母亲，本人工作不错，经济能力强，但她的孩子在加拿大成绩不好，经常换校，所以尽管申请了3次探亲签证，她都得到一样的结果：拒签。
第七，探亲的限制
持探亲签证不能在加拿大申请转为学生签证，探亲签证也只有一次往返的机会(学生签证是多次往返的)。

近年来，中国已成为加拿大移民的主要来源国。许多中国移民以自己的聪明才智和吃苦耐劳在加国开拓着自己事业，并且有所成就。但是对家乡的思念，对父母的牵挂也常常困扰着他们。由于工作和学习的压力以及需要照顾孩子等原因，他们不一定有时间常来中国探亲，有可能在加拿大居住多年而从没有机会回中国。这些移民或华裔公民的家属(通常父母子女的关系较容易得到签证)可以通过探亲签证赴加拿大探望亲人，并一睹加拿大的风光。
探亲签证是加拿大访问签证（Vistor Visa）中最为常见的一种。访问签证是由加拿大政府签发给那些短期进入加拿大人士的签证。所有需短暂入境加拿大的访问者都必须申请访问签证，除非是免签证国的居民才可豁免。人们常说的旅游签证，工作签证，留学签证、商务签证及探亲访友签证都属于访问签证。加拿大探亲的条件
●配偶的一方或父母(包括养父母)、子女(包括养子女)及兄弟姐妹在加拿大定居，且取得永久居留权的。
● 祖父母或孙子女在加拿大定居，并取得永久居留权或加入加拿大国籍的。● 旁系亲属如叔伯、堂兄弟姐妹、表兄弟姐妹以及姑亲、姨亲、舅亲者在加拿大定居，并加入加国籍的外国亲友。●子女在加拿大留学，其父母可申请探亲。加拿大探亲旅游签证申请要点

1、在加拿大探亲居留时间为1个月至6个月不等，通常签证期为3个月。外国人持护照入境后，就可提出延长探亲时间的要求，有时移民官官员会直接给入境人提供方便，允许其在加拿大境内停留6个月。
2、以探亲的身份入境后，无论签证的有效期是1个月还是3个月，都可以办理签证延期手续。办理延期签证手续，须在签证期满前7天，亲自到移民局提出申请。申请人在加的亲属应先向当地移民中心局提出请求，并履行担保手续。
3、申请延期，由在加拿大的一名亲属陪同，并且携带护照、旅费证明及回程机票等。亲属也应携带证明自己身份的有关证明。通常，申请人手续齐备，并且能够提出正当合理的理由，移民局便会同意延期申请，当即办理签证的加签手续。
** 注意：如果探亲旅游者在加拿大居留期间，违反加拿大的有关法律，将会视情节受到三种形式的处罚：-被要求自动离境；-被限期出境；
-被驱逐出境。被驱逐出境的，不允许再次入境。申请赴加拿大探亲应向使馆递交如下材料：
1.加拿大亲友的身份证件（如护照、身份证、出生证等）的复印件；
2、加拿大亲友的经济担保证书，这份证书必须是原件，且要经加拿大律师公证处公证，包括担保人的税单和近期（3-6个月）的银行存款月结单或工资单；
3、加拿大亲友与申请人之间关系的证明书；
4、加拿大亲友的邀请信；
