それでは、新宿の地図を使って、皆様に新宿をご案内いたします。新宿駅は一日に３５０万人が乗降する日本の一のターミナル駅です。駅構内の人の多さと混雑は東京駅を凌ぎ、初めて新宿駅を訪ねた人は人の多さにまず異様な雰囲気を感ずるでしょう。
地盤が堅固で高台にある新宿駅は駅構内の地下が開発され、地下道と地下街が発達しています。
“新宿駅”といっても各線のホームは構内外の周辺に散在し、各線共に新宿駅と称しているので不馴れの人にとっては地下道で戸惑います。歩いているうちに東西南北の方角が全く分からなくなることもあります。

大家早晨好，我叫刘小宇，是今天的导游。今天我们一起游览旅顺和大连，希望大家能度过一个愉快的周末。请多关照。
首先为大家介绍一下今天的日程。我们上午去旅顺的著名景点203高地，大约需要一个小时车程。在那里大概呆一个小时，然后我们返回市内，中午在星海广场的“星海渔港海鲜酒店”就餐，然后在星海广场散步一个小时。下午2点半左右出发沿着滨海路观赏北大桥，老虎滩等大连的海景，4点左右返回宾馆。全程大约需要6个小时。
大家请往右边看，现在我们经过大连火车站，最早是日本设计师设计，据说和上野车站的风格比较相似。虽然经过几次改造，但外观仍保留了原来的设计风格。从这里可以乘火车到达北京、哈尔滨、长春等城市。火车的条件非常好，如果列车旅行感兴趣的朋友，可以尝试一下。
现在我们进入中山路，和中国的许都城市一样，中山路是大连的主干道。道路两旁栽种着巨大的法国梧桐树，这些树的树龄都有几十年了。日本也可以经常看到这样的树吗？
现在左边看到的是星海广场，据说这里是亚洲最大的广场。是大连有代表性的景点，20年之前，这里是一片滩涂，也是从事海带和裙带菜养殖的地方。现在全部进行了填埋建设了很多展览馆、办公楼和高级饭店，每年都举办很多国际展览会及大型商务演出活动。这些活动有很多是和日本相关的，有很多日本朋友来参加。周末等假日，大连人很喜欢在广场上散步，中午在这里请大家品尝大连海鲜。
现在我们左侧经过的是海星公园，这是大连著名的海滨公园和海水浴场。即使冬天也有冬泳爱好者在游泳。道路右边的有轨电车是大连具有代表性的交通工具，这条电车线路也有70多年的历史了，由于大连的发展现在长度比10年前延伸了2倍。
我们看到右边有很多新的建筑，这就是大连的高新技术产业园区。园区建设始于1996年，主要是软件外包业和生物工程和动漫产业等2000多家企业在这里投资，在这10多年取得了很大的发展，现在正在进行第二期工程的建设和招商。
现在我们已经进入了旅顺口区，马上就要到达203高地景点了，现在是9点50分，下车后是自由参观，1小时之后，也就是11点在停车场集合，希望大家遵守时间。（中略）

一引言
口译通常分为交替口译和同声传译。同声传译因其反应时间短, 译员没有时间做笔记。而交替口译中, 除去一些不允许做笔记或不需要做笔记的场合, 在一般情况下口译员还是会借助口译笔记来帮助减轻脑记负担, 提高口译质量。交替口译, 是会议口译的一种, 又称为连续传译或接续传译, 多用于新闻发布会、外事接待、商务会谈、演讲等多种场合。其特点是“译员以一段接一段的方式, 在讲话者的自然停顿间隙, 将信息一组接一组地传译给听众”。在口译工作中, 译员最大限度地调动大脑的记忆机制, 并在笔记的辅助下迅速调用大脑中所贮存的言语知识, 结合其翻译、演讲技能, 顺利完成口译。口译笔记是译员即席、迅速地通过整理源语思维路线来标定源语内容、组织架构和关键词语的“提示性”笔记, 是口译理解和记忆的延续, 是对短时记忆或一定时间内的长时记忆的提示性补充;它不能完全替换记忆的职能, 但可以起到某种“路标”的作用。著名口译专家林超伦也在实践中总结过:“我观察过很多译员, 包括中英文水平都相当高的译员, 发现如果全靠脑力, 一般只能持续20分钟。再往下, 译文质量明显下降, 而且每过十几分钟, 质量就又下降一级, 然后基本稳定在差不多60%~70%的准确率。高级译员没有不靠笔记的。”
在实际口译过程中, 如果翻译人员有把握凭头脑全面准确地记住演讲人所说的一切, 并准确无误地翻译出来, 那就不需要笔记。然而, 一般翻译人员很难做到这一点。而且, 在一些重大场合, 如谈判、会议上, 讲话人不可能每讲一句话都停下来等译员翻译, 而往往要讲一段话才停顿一次, 以保证意思的连贯和完整。有时, 讲话中还要涉及一些较复杂的数字及人名、地名等等。如果不作记录, 口译时往往会将重要内容漏译或错译, 有时甚至会给工作造成很大损失。因此, 学会在口译中进行快速记录, 可以有效地帮助口译人员记忆。如方法掌握得熟练, 甚至能在一定程度上弥补其他方面的不足。可以说, 交替口译的成败, 在一定程度上取决于笔记的好环。所以说, 笔记是交替口译中一项重要的基本技巧。
二口译笔记的基本格式和原则
掌握正确的记录格式非常重要, 原则是要简明醒目, 一目了然。笔记初学者一般采用A4白纸练习, 可以画三条竖线将纸张均匀划分为四个区域, 从左往右竖着书写。而译员在现场则一般使用小于32开的上下翻动的小型活页记事本, 纸张质量要好, 单面使用, 避免透过纸的字迹影响辨认, 行距要宽, 字体要较大。每做一场新的口译最好把前面的记录扯掉。口译笔记的三个基本原则是:
1. 少字多意
译员在口译过程中需要将大量的精力分配给脑记, 笔记是一种必要的避免信息丢失的手段, 作用在于辅助和激活脑记。口译笔记不是听写, 不求记全, 而是尽量使用最少的文字或符号来表现最多的含义。除了字词以外, 译员可以灵活使用各种符号、箭头、缩略语等, 框架性地提示内容之间的逻辑关系, 使笔记更为简练。
2. 少横多竖
每行最多记录三到四个意群。竖写笔记的目的在于方便译员一眼扫视, 一目十行, 迅速读出。此外, 纵向延伸的笔记还可以帮助译员对原文结构进行处理, 体现信息之间的逻辑关系, 进一步帮助译员的译文输出。
3. 明确结束
每次记录完一段开始翻译之前, 都要在底部画一道横线, 表示一个层次的完结。这样不会在翻译时看串行或漏译, 并且避免和下一段记录混在一起, 避免在翻译下一段时, 一时找不到句子在哪里开头, 因而乱了阵脚。
三口译笔记的注意事项
1. 首先应当明确不存在所谓统一规范的记录方法, 口译笔记主要因人而异
这里的“人”指的是译员, 习惯用头脑记忆, 短期记忆力强的人笔记往往记得少, 习惯于凭记录提醒自己的人笔记往往记得多。译员的背景、知识面甚至性格都会影响记录内容的侧重点和繁简程度, 影响记录方法和使用的符号。译员应该在学习口译的过程和口译实践中, 借鉴教科书或他人成功的做法, 摸索出一套适合自己的记录方法, 形成一套便于自己使用的记录符号。
2. 口译笔记是用于提示译员讲话内容的辅助手段, 讲话人一面讲, 译员一面记
讲完一句或一段停顿时, 译员立即翻译, 这时所讲内容在译员头脑中的印象仍是比较清晰的, 只需略加提示便可译出。所以, 口译笔记与会议记录、课堂笔记等相去甚远, 不为以后查阅、复习等长远用途, 只起当场提示作用, 不必也不可追求全面、详尽。刻意追求记录的完整必然会影响听和理解。而且口译是交流行为, 译员还需要适当借助眼神、表情等形体语言将原话的内容与精神传达给听众, 一味埋头记笔记, 然后再埋头念笔记显然达不到充分交流的目的。
3. 口译笔记一般不能采用速记 (shorthand) , 因为速记本身是一种符号和文字的转换过程
口译时, 时间紧迫, 没有时间将听到的话先变成速记符号记在纸上, 然后将符号转换成另一种语言, 再马上用口头语言表达出来。这等于给整个口译过程增加了两道转换手续。这种做法在实践中是行不通的。口译笔记就是用简单的字、词或符号将讲话的要点用极快的速度记录下来, 达到提示翻译的目的。这种记录的目的、方式、详尽程度等均不同于速记。虽然如此, 译员在记录时仍可以使用自己熟悉的某些速记符号。
四结语
译员在练习口译笔记时, 应遵循其规则, 并尽可能地使用缩写词、符号、图形、字母、偏旁部首等简化自己的笔记。除了上述常用的口译符号之外, 每个译员都可以根据自己的特点和喜好创造一些符号。但必须明白符号的发明是为了帮助译员简化笔记, 辅助记忆, 并优化口译输出, 而非让笔记看上去美观, 更非为了标新立异。符号使用的原则是简便、易记、易认, 立刻能提示译员做出反应。切记符号不要创造得太多、太滥, 不要花样翻新, 否则在口译时连自己都不认识, 记不起它们各自代表什么意思, 会导致口译失败。
口译笔记有其规则可循, 但也具有个性化的特点。有些译员不喜欢过多使用符号, 有些译员笔记记得相对详细, 有些记得相对简略。对于某些特定的意思, 不同的译员可能会根据自己的习惯使用不同的符号来表达, 这些都是属于口译笔记个性化的范畴。译员在练习笔记的过程中, 切忌照搬照抄别人的笔记模式, 应在反复练习的基础上, 发展一套适合自己习惯和特点的笔记体系, 并在实践中不断完善, 使笔记系统更为优化, 更能最大限度地减轻脑记负担, 提高口译质量。
