我们幼儿园作为一所省级示范幼儿园，为了让幼儿了解一些西方的文化。为此，我园在10月31日在幼儿园举办了隆重的万圣节派对活动。

这次活动时间比较紧，但是家长的参与热情还是比较高的，虽然当天的雨下的很大，可是很多家长已经早早的来到幼儿园等待，并开始为自己的宝宝打扮等等，忙的不亦乐乎，老师们也在活动前讲班级和园内装扮的非常的特别，而且很漂亮。

我们活动的第一项就是家长观摩宝宝们做早操，有了家长的参与，宝宝们早早的排好了队伍，随着音乐认真的做早操。之后，开展了开放观摩第一节活动为我们的万圣节走秀制作装饰帽。由家长和宝宝们一起制作万圣节装饰帽，在活动中家长和宝宝们一起认真的制作，虽然有些装饰帽没完成好，但家长和宝宝还是很开心很快乐!

在接下来的时间是我们的搞怪服装秀。家长们很用心的装扮自己的宝宝，为他们准备了各种各样的衣服和一些饰品，家长们都把自己的宝宝打扮的很特别很漂亮。为我们接下来的化妆舞会和走秀做准备。所以在走SHOW这一个环节老师和小朋友还有家长都有用心装扮，特别是在走SHOW音乐一响宝宝们踏着音乐的节拍步入舞台的时，全场一下子沸腾了。家长都将自己的宝宝进行了大变身，有把自己宝宝装扮成小魔女的、海盗的、还有白雪公主、动画片人物形象等等。

我们的活动除了走SHOW以为，还精心准备了一些与家长互动的游戏——缠僵尸游戏。每个liuxue86.com家长和宝宝都参与到了这些小游戏，现场的气氛很是热闹，然后女巫发了我们的万圣节糖果。

10月份是我校的“中西文化交融月”，在本次活动中，我负责整体活动方案的撰写，编辑工作，以及万圣节活动流程编排的文字性工作、万圣节主持人的培训和万圣节“讨糖果”情境的编排等工作。在万圣节当天，与李老师一起负责“万圣节”活动的舞台统筹与主持人的协调工作。本次活动虽然已经圆满结束，但是自己对自己这次的工作，觉得仍有许多要改进的地方，本着“在活动中发展的原则”，我对自己的工作进行了认真的分析，觉得以下方面还需要加强，在下次的活动中，争取做的更好：

一、在培训主持人的过程中，有些感性，缺乏决断。虽然王彦博同学在正式的主持中，比以前有很大的进步，表现的还可以，但是，在主持的过程中，我比他还紧张。这件事警告我，以后出现类似的情况一定要当机立断，要有备选，必要的时候要立即替换，以免影响整体的活动效果。

二、“讨糖果”的情景表演，总体觉得还可以在活跃一点，结束退场，没有达到自己预想的结果。所以，在以后的活动中，要多查阅一些资料，多方面策划，提前组织排练。

三、舞台统筹　　舞台统筹，我是第一次做。从结果来看，自己还有很多地方不满意：

1、对舞台统筹的理解及工作范畴的了解不到位，以为自己只要管理好主持人，及时提醒下个节目的做好准备就好，忽略了提醒每次表演者要注意的事项，主要是如何对台上有可能会出现的突发情况进行简单的应对等：

2、考虑还不够周全。我认为一个好的舞台统筹者应该考虑到舞台的方方面面，至少应该在开始之前，将舞台表演的每个环节，认认真真的在自己的头脑里像演电影一样的过一遍，在这个考虑的过程中，不能漏掉任何的细节，例如，表演者的上场，退场，以及在场中的位置、话筒的传递等，做到自己心中有数，而不能只是依靠编排节目的人员。

3、既然是舞台统筹，对于舞台人员的上下场，应该以自己的原定安排或排练为准，而不是随其他人员的更改而更改，特别是在临上场的时候，这是一个最基本的问题。基于自己对舞台统筹不是很理解，所以才没有特别强调这点，在以后的活动中，将严格杜绝这种现象。

总之，通过这次的活动，觉得自己虽然有很多的想法，但是具体实施还不够细致，考虑还欠缺周全，还需要好好的磨练。在以后的活动中个，我会努力克服自己的不足，努力做得更好!

万圣节活动结束了，我们收获了很多。现将活动总结如下：

首先园里布置了充满万圣节日气氛的大厅，楼道走廊也被蝙蝠，蜘蛛，气球点缀的特别奇特。我园的环境得到家长和园领导的认可。老师们也在规定的时间里布置了各班自己的门头。在活动前，保教主任做了详细的策划，并且多次和老师一起讨论怎样做一次别具一格的万圣节活动，最后我们决定中大班举行万圣远足秀活动，小班幼儿到园所外围的商铺进行讨糖活动，托班幼儿在园内向中大班的哥哥姐姐进行讨糖活动，这次的活动得到了家长的认可。我们心里也是很高兴的。

在活动前保教主任老师带着中大班的教师去现场看了场地，让老师们清楚自己班级的位置，以免当天活动有纰漏。我园还给中大班每一个家庭发了邀请函，邀请家长和孩子们一起参加万圣节远足活动!家长们积极配合，为孩子制作南瓜灯、制作面具、制作奇装异服等。

中大班的家长和孩子们一起在户外的场地进行走秀活动，有很多配合的家长也做了精心的打扮，音乐响起的一刹那，当孩子们走向舞台中央，家长的掌声此起彼伏，现场的氛围很热闹，孩子们也很大方的在舞台上尽情的展现自己。

下午小班小朋友到外围的商铺进行讨糖活动，当孩子们一边说儿歌一边行进时，路人都纷纷驻足观看，孩子们也很兴奋的和路人打招呼，这样既锻炼了幼儿的园表达能力，也提高了幼儿园的知名度。

此次万圣节活动成功之处：

1.老师们团结一致，认真并积极的参与活动。

2.活动充分的调动家长们的积极性，得到家长们的一致好评。

3.活动氛围浓厚和气氛活跃，切实让孩子们体验了节日的快乐!

通过活动需要反思和改进的地方：

1.活动的组织与实施要细化，做到让每个老师每个参与人员心中有数。

2.在活动过程中，缺乏与园外场地工作人员的沟通，以后工作中细节和前期工作要合理安排。各个环节要衔接紧密，全园各部门对于活动当天的流程做到心中有数。

原本今晚的绘本创意课，被西方盛行的“万圣节”所代替。既然与我们的创意课是一天，我们临时决定组织一次“万圣节狂欢”活动，虽然决定的比较仓促，但是在各位老师们的共同协作下，我们成功完成了第一期的“万狂欢夜”。

本期应到15个家庭，实到15个家庭。在活动开始之前，各位家长们都充分发挥着自己的智慧给孩子们装扮出千姿百态的形象。由于第一期报名的孩子是中大班混搭报名，所以五个班里的孩子都有，为了保持我们对孩子自信心能力的培养，我们的第一个环节是以“自我介绍”进入到今天的活动。虽然中班孩子年龄小一点，但是每位孩子在自我介绍时都很自如，说话都非常的流利，语句也很通顺。既然是关于万圣节的活动，所以第二个环节我们围绕万圣节的来历展开，好玩的ppt带领孩子们了解了万圣节的由来，孩子们都听得非常认真。知道了万圣节实际上就是“鬼节”后，为了让孩子不那么畏惧小鬼，所以我带领孩子们一起玩了一个“怪兽怪兽几点钟”的游戏，由于游戏中，我在不断的变换着小鬼的形象，所以孩子们都玩的特别嗨﹌接下来，以我个人害怕一个绿毛怪让在座的“小鬼们”(小朋友)为由，我们进入了今天的绘本故事。让孩子们(小鬼们)学会勇敢的大声说话，这样就会把妖魔鬼怪吓跑。小鬼们大声说话后，绿毛怪真的消失了。大家都高兴不已。

为了庆祝把绿毛怪赶走了，我告诉了大家一个秘密，今天晚上的小鬼都有糖吃，小朋友(小鬼们)如果想吃糖就一起跟我拿上南瓜灯去跟小鬼要糖，小鬼最害怕捣蛋的孩子，所以只要大声说：“不给糖就捣蛋”他们就会吧糖分给我们，孩子们都跃跃欲试的跟着我去了其他屋子里跟小鬼要糖。开始进入时，屋子里是一片漆黑，但是由于我们大声说话，所以慢慢变亮!这个环节成为了今晚的高潮部分，我们一共走进了三间房子，孩子们都提着小南瓜灯满载而归。由于是不同的三个小鬼给的糖，所以孩子们制作面具的热情非常高涨，于是，我们以制作面具展开了创意手工，妈妈们跟孩子一起动手兴致勃勃的做起了各式各样的面具。
